Mr. Sun is the senior partner of Landing, he has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Customs law service. In addition to the practice as a lawyer focusing on Customs affairs, He once spent over 13 years in Shengzhen Customs as an officer.
Mr. Sun has extensive experience in representing clients involving a wide range of Customs-related matters, including valuation, classification, origin, detention, penalties and forfeitures, IPR infringement, and so on.
Mr. Sun has helped his client avoid millions of money seizure cases and solved hundreds of administrative penalty cases for various violations (including trademark penalties).
Mr. Feng
Mr. Feng was the senior partner of Landing, focusing on Customs and foreign-related legal services. He was elected as the leading talent in foreign-related legal service by Justice Department of Guangdong Province and Guangdong lawyers association in 2018.
Prior to joining the law firm in 2017, as a Customs officer, he has been working for almost 20 years. In 2012, he was elected as the government lawyer of Customs, and was elected by General Administration of Customs as the Expert of Customs Legal Affairs in 2015.
Since 2017, he has been engaged as a full-time lawyer. Based on the experience of Customs careers, he is good at solving Customs issues. In addition, Mr. Feng has accumulated a wealth of successful experience in smuggling and foreign-related criminal cases.
